Nu Edge Construction Ltd. is seeking an experienced GPS Grader Operator to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in producing quality work, working safely, and contributing to the success of municipal and heavy civil construction projects throughout Alberta.

Key Responsibilities

Operate GPS-equipped motor graders safely and efficiently.
Perform fine grading for roads, subdivisions, commercial developments, and underground utility projects.
Read and interpret construction plans, grade stakes, and digital GPS models.
Work with Trimble machine control systems.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
Maintain accurate grades while meeting project specifications and tolerances.
Work closely with supervisors, survey crews, and other equipment operators.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and Alberta OH&S regulations.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience operating motor graders.
Experience with GPS machine control systems (Trimble).
Ability to fine grade with minimal supervision.
Experience in municipal underground construction is considered a strong asset.
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (Class 1 or 3 is an asset).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
