Are you a skilled bartender with a passion for memorable guest experiences? Our bartenders are more than drink makers — they play a key role in shaping the atmosphere and delivering thoughtful, polished service behind the bar.
From crafting quality cocktails and pouring beers on tap, to offering well considered wine pairings, you’ll help create an elevated bar experience that gives guests a reason to stay.
Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver a warm, welcoming, and engaging bar experience
Craft and serve cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits
Confidently recommend beverages, highlighting unique spirits and house made ingredients
Pair cocktails and wine with menu items to enhance the overall dining experience
Prepare drink orders for bar seating and dining room service
Maintain a clean, organised, and well stocked bar at all times
Create eye catching garnishes that meet cocktail and presentation standards
Support the front of house team to ensure smooth, seamless service
Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with Alberta liquor legislation
What You Bring
Previous cocktail and bar experience (required)
Valid ProServe certification (required)
Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and wines
A passion for flavour, creativity, and presentation
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
A positive, team focused attitude
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
