This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident- and patient-centered care. LeadershipLeadership experience in healthcare, preferably in continuing care, long-term care, or allied health settings. Strong knowledge of continuing care processes and an understanding of acute care operations. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and build positive working relationships. Excellent communication, organizational, financial management, and problem-solving skills. Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently.
