REAL‑R is looking for an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Banff, Alberta and support our mission of safety and compliance across the region. You'll be the friendly, organized hub of our office-keeping things running smoothly, supporting our technicians, and helping ensure our clients receive outstanding service. What You'll Do Plan and schedule service appointments for technicians, ensuring timely service and efficient use of resources. Provide accurate quotes to clients and follow up as needed. Handle day‑to‑day office operations, including answering phones and emails with professionalism and a customer‑focused approach. Manage client inventories, reports, and documentation for submission to the City of Calgary and other municipalities. Upload and download software for daily technician reports to keep operations running smoothly. Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues through clear, proactive communication. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks. What You Bring Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with clients, technicians, and team members. Strong computer skills, including QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Experience conducting job evaluations or similar performance‑focused administrative work. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
