Line Cook (Full or Part Time Available)
The Boss Kitchen & Bar | Banff, AB

Earn $24–$30/hour effective compensation during the summer

Base Wage: $18.00–$23.00/hour (based on experience)
Monthly Gratuities: Average an additional $4–$5/hour (distributed monthly based on hours worked)
Summer Retention Bonus: Additional $2.00/hour for eligible summer team members until September 19th

At The Boss Kitchen & Bar, we're passionate about serving locally inspired Canadian cuisine in one of Banff's busiest and most exciting restaurants. We're looking for motivated Line Cooks who take pride in producing exceptional food while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.

What You'll Do
Prepare and execute menu items to our quality and presentation standards.
Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail.
Learn multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, pantry, and expo.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
Work closely with the culinary team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
What We're Looking For
Previous kitchen experience is an asset but not required.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Food Safe certification is an asset.
