Prep Cook
The Boss Kitchen & Bar | Banff, AB

Earn $23–$29/hour effective compensation during the summer

Base Wage: $17.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience)
Monthly Gratuities: Average an additional $4–$5/hour (distributed monthly based on hours worked)
Summer Retention Bonus: Additional $2.00/hour for eligible summer team members

What You'll Do
Prepare vegetables, proteins, sauces, dressings, and other ingredients to recipe specifications.
Portion and label products while maintaining proper rotation and storage.
Assist with daily kitchen prep lists to ensure the line is ready for service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.
Support the culinary team with additional kitchen tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an asset but not required.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Food Safe certification is an asset.
