Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage multiple tables simultaneously through effective time management, ensuring prompt service for all guests
Qualifications

Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in the food industry
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
