What You’ll Do

The Brewer, working closely with the Brewery Operations Manager, will play an integral role within the brew team, and be expected to be a leader and driver of the company’s vision. This role will require the individual to wear many hats and be a strong problem solver. Job tasks will include, but are not limited to:


Brewing of Recipes to Three Bears specifications
Meticulous record keeping
CIP of fermenters and serving tanks
Weekly CIP of Brewhouse
Daily pH and gravity checks of fermenters
Daily cleaning and up keep of brewhouse and brewery
R&D on the pilot system
Preparation and packaging of kegs
Be an active member in the sensory analysis team
Preventative maintenance of equipment
Weekly drought line cleaning

What You’ll Need

ATTITUDE ATTITUDE ATTITUDE! You must bring a positive attitude into work everyday. You understand that brewing is controlled chaos and the ability to adapt and take appropriate
action while maintaining a positive environment is crucial.
Formal brewing education from an accredited program or minimum 2 years experience in the brewing industry required
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Ability to do basic brewing calculations by hand
Mechanical aptitude is an asset
Ability to lift up to 150lbs safely
