Full job description
Wild Flour Bakery is a bustling spot in downtown Banff, famous for our fresh bread, pastries and quality coffee. Locals and visitors love to gather here and discuss the day's adventures. We give back to our community and care for our environment, including sourcing ingredients from local producers and zero-waste practices.

As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager by leading the front-of-house team and creating a dynamic, productive, and supportive work environment. Your focus will be on overseeing and improving daily staff performance, boosting team morale, and delivering exceptional customer service. In addition, you will be expected to demonstrate leadership that aligns with our company's values and purpose, embracing opportunities to support our community and enhance our environmental practices. This position entails hands-on work on the floor as well as administrative responsibilities.


Experience in a supervisory role within a similar setting.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Great communication and people skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership qualities and experience managing a team.
