Summary

As an Office Assistant at Banff Fire & Safety Ltd., you will play a vital role in assisting with administrative tasks that support our operations. Located in Banff, Alberta, this full-time permanent position requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a busy office environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy. We will train you!

Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Help maintain accurate records and documentation for accounting and bookkeeping purposes.
Assist with scheduling and booking.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors through effective communication.
Support team members with clerical tasks and organizational needs.
Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in busy office environment.
