Valid Canadian Work-Permit Required for International Applicants
Contract basis: Immediate Start
Full-time position, average of 35 - 40 hours per week
Summer incentive bonus: Receive $2/hr on top of every regular hour worked between May 22 - Oct 9 (conditions apply)
JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Outlets Manager, responsible for operating the Coffee Kiosk at Legends Dining Room. Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for our guests, answering any guest inquiries in a prompt manner. Experience preferred but not required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet guests upon arrival in a timely manner
Ensure that Coffee and Grab & Go Kiosk orders are fulfilled.
Maintain a professional and pleasant appearance at all times
Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner
Assist with seating guests are required
Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction
Ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling
Assist with training new team members in order to maintain the desired level of service that is in line with the hotel’s service standards
Ensure cash handling procedures are followed at all times
Ensure the Guest Service Standards, Hotel Policies and Procedures are maintained at all times
Complete daily and weekly checklists
Deliver guest’s bill and take payment
Follow Health and Safety rules and guidelines at all times
Other related duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous customer service experience preferred
ProServe Certificate required
Energetic, hands-on, with initiative and integrity
Excellent customer service skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Work well under pressure, without supervision, independently and as a member of a team
Able to perform well in a fast-paced work environment
Good communication skills
Ability to lift heavy trays filled with glassware/food up to 30lbs
Basic math skills
