Evening Line Cook – Coyotes Southwestern Grill

Coyotes Southwestern Grill is hiring Line Cooks to join our evening kitchen team. We’re looking for skilled cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in putting out great food. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

About the Role:

Shifts begin at 4:00pm and finish around 11:00pm (10:00pm close + cleanup).
You’ll be responsible for assisting with end-of-night duties, including cleaning and securing the kitchen.
Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience in a similar kitchen setting. More experience is always welcome.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to Coyotes’ proven recipes and standards.

Communicate effectively with other cooks and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth service.
