Banff Airporter Inc. is a locally owned and operated ground transportation company based in the epic Canadian Rockies! For 28+ years, we are the preferred method of transportation for travellers coming to visit the Bow Valley.

This is a customer service-focused role where you'll handle tasks such as making and modifying bookings over the phone, responding to emails, coordinating with drivers, and planning routes and manifests. You'll be part of a fast-paced and dynamic work environment!

Starting Wage: $20.00/hour

- A set schedule! We have two positions to fill:

a) A full time role working 4 x 10 hour days for 40 hours per week. Work hours are from 0800-1800, from Friday to Monday. *** Benefits after 6 months!

b) A part time role working 2 X 10 hour days for 20 hours per week. Work hours are from 0800-1800 on Wednesday's and Thursday.

Here are some qualities we are looking for in our candidates:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Previous experience in a customer service role is nice to have, but not mandatory

- Other: problem solving abilities, organizational skills, Apple computer proficiency
