COMPANY OVERVIEW

Welcome! Banff Park Lodge Collection operates 3 hotel properties - Banff Park Lodge, Bow View Lodge, and Peaks Hotel & Suites. We also operate 2 restaurants - La Terrazza and Crave Mountain Grill. Staff and guests enjoy our ideal location, close to lively downtown Banff on one side and the peaceful Bow River pathway on the other.

THE ROLE

Thank you for your interest in joining our team as Second Cook.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Ensure food is properly stored and handled at all times
Ensure the quality and quantity of food meets hotel standards
Maintain a clean and safe work station at all times
Minimize food waste and spoilage
Ideal candidate:

Reliable and can commit to at least 6 months
Experience in a hotel restaurant cooking is an asset
Prepares high quality food and follows superior sanitation standards
Is physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for long periods of time
Is a team player, able to work in close conditions with several other people
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$21.50 per hour
