The Role,

We are looking for a safe, reliable, and customer focused Taxi Driver to join our team in beautiful Banff! As a driver in one of Canada’s most iconic tourist destinations, you’ll help visitors and locals get around safely while experiencing the stunning Rocky Mountains every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation for passengers throughout Banff, Lake Louise, and surrounding areas
Assist passengers with luggage and ensure excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times
Know local routes, attractions, hotels, restaurants, and points of interest
Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols!
Complete trip logs and handle payments (cash, card, and app-based)Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays (peak tourist seasons)
Requirements:

Valid Class 4 Alberta Driver’s License (or equivalent) with a clean driving abstract
Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (taxi, rideshare, or delivery preferred)
Strong knowledge of Banff and surrounding areas OR willingness to learn quickly
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure tourist seasons
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Clean criminal record (vulnerable sector check may be required)
Comfortable driving in mountain and winter conditions
