Full job description
Unico is a specialist staffing and recruiting firm focused on technology talent, placing contractors and permanent hires across partners, GSIs, and end clients in both commercial and federal markets.

We're hiring a Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant to drive new business and grow our client base across our specialist desks. This is a hunting role, built for someone who thrives on outbound activity, building new relationships, and converting conversations into signed terms of business.

What you'll do

Identify, target, and win new clients across our technology recruitment verticals.
Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Negotiate and close terms of business with new clients, including contingent, retained, and volume hiring agreements.
Work closely with our delivery team to ensure a smooth handover from new business win to candidate search.
Represent Unico at industry events, conferences, and community forums to build market presence and source new opportunities.
Maintain a strong pipeline and report on BD activity, conversion, and revenue growth.
What we're looking for

Proven track record in technology recruitment, or related hunting sales role with a strong bias toward business development and new client acquisition.
Comfortable working a full sales cycle, from cold outreach through to signed terms and ongoing account management.
Resilient, target-driven, and confident operating independently.
Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
Experience in enterprise technology recruitment is a plus, but not essential if BD instincts are strong.
Why Unico

Opportunity to join a rapidly growing start-up and take ownership quickly with fast progression.
Strong client demand and growing market presence.
Direct access to leadership and autonomy to build your own book of business.
Competitive commission structure tied directly to new business generation.
Please apply directly if you are interested in this exciting and unique opportunity.
