Front Desk Agent/ Relief Night Auditor

The Banff Aspen Lodge is in search of a Relief Night Auditor. The Relief Night Auditor’s responsibility is to ensure a smooth operation of the hotel during the hours of 11pm-7am, twice a week. Nightly duties include preparing selected reports for management and accounting, balancing debit and credit transactions, posting room charges, processing wake-up calls and ensuring guest safety and property security at night. The remaining 3 shifts of the week require you to work evening shifts at the Front Desk. Evening tasks include processing reservations, registering arriving guests and groups, answering hotel inquiries and providing information about our hotel and services.
Required Qualifications:
•	Ability to speak, write and read English is required, additional languages is an asset
•	Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
•	Exceptional customer relations skills
•	Capable to work with a team or independently
•	Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
•	Basic accounting knowledge
•	Ability to make sound decisions
Other Information:
•	Full Time Permanent Position
•	Bonus: Potential of $1200.00 upon completion of a 12 month full time period and criteria met
•	Hours per Week: 40 hours
•	Staff housing: Subject to availability
