Job Description
This is a position for a detailed oriented individual, able to multitask, work efficiently and deliver high level service in a fast paced work environment in a premier level brewery restaurant

Main Duties

- Welcoming guests to the restaurant and kickstarting their dining experience. Must be knowledgeable in our products, brand, and local area
- Perform daily tasks such as cleaning, stocking, organizing
- Communicate to team members important information (section changes, out of stock items)
- Ensuring comfort of our guests by delivering timely, thoughtful and friendly customer service
- Accurately taking reservations and keeping the restaurant floor organized while maximizing seating availability
- Outstanding communication skills and great phone etiquette

Qualifications

- Must be 18 years or older
- Position requires walking/standing for extended periods of time
- Position may require heavy lifting up to 160.5lbs (furniture, etc.)
- Strong hospitality experience in a fast paced environment
- Must possess a current Proserve status
- Team player with a positive Attitude
- Strong Beer Culture Knowledge
- Trustworthy
