Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education Job Duties Include: Deliver professional, engaging service while ensuring team adherence to LQA, Forbes, and brand standards; address guest concerns promptly and maintain exceptional guest satisfaction. Recruit, mentor, and develop department leaders and colleagues, providing coaching, training, and ongoing performance guidance. Oversee daily operations, including reservations, turnover, cleanliness, maintenance, inventory management, payroll, and budgeted profitability. Participate in forecasting, analyze performance data, and contribute to menu development and staff education to drive continuous improvement. Lead regular departmental meetings, liaise with Conference Services and Catering for events, and perform other duties as assigned.
