Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Class 4 or 2 Shuttle Drivers to transport passengers safely and efficiently within designated routes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of customer service, and the ability to operate vehicles responsibly. This role is essential for ensuring smooth transportation services for various groups, including children, seniors, and community members. The Shuttle Driver position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, punctuality, and excellent service are paramount.

Responsibilities

Safely operate shuttle vehicles according to traffic laws and company policies.
Transport passengers to and from specified locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing courteous support especially for seniors or individuals with mobility challenges.
Maintain cleanliness and basic mechanical checks of the vehicle before and after shifts.
Communicate clearly with passengers, providing information about routes or schedules as needed.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of seat belts and adherence to driving regulations.
Keep accurate records of trips, passenger counts, and vehicle maintenance issues.
Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel.
Experience

Prior experience in commercial driving or transportation is preferred.
Working with children or seniors is a plus, demonstrating patience and compassionate communication skills.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with passengers.
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle operation and basic troubleshooting is advantageous.
we are looking for part-time and fulltime and casual drivers to support our summer operations wilt the opportunity to remain as a full time employee though the following winter season.

Expected hours: 16.0 – 44.0 per week
