Park Distillery is an award-winning craft distillery and restaurant located in Banff National Park, Canada. Park Distillery produces all of our craft products by hand on high quality equipment. We use only the best quality Alberta grains for our base spirits and take advantage of the amazing glacier waters in Banff National Park. Wherever possible we will source local botanicals, fruits, and fermentable items in order to produce new and unique product lines with amazing flavour profiles in order to capture the imagination of Canadian and International consumer markets.


We have the highest standards for our service team; you need equal parts service (action of helping or doing work for someone) and hospitality (quality or disposition of receiving visitors). Not only are you responsible for delivering a flawless and fun service to all your guests, we want all our customers to feel how genuinely you love where you live and what you do. Along with amazing serving skills, the successful candidate of this position will work shift supervising shifts - being the go-to person for all servers, hosts, and food runners on shift. You will also be hosting and bartending as well, so we're really looking for someone who is a jack of all trades!


Server Responsibilities:


Prepares the room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
Helps patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails and aperitifs; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions.
Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices; identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests.
Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs
Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing the dining process

Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:


Deescalate guest concerns
Be the go-to person for FOH staff
Champion OH&S
Ensure labour standard are always being met

Ideal candidate:


Energetic and enthusiastic
Passion for food and drink
Flexible work schedule
ProServe is required
Minimum 2+ years in the food service industry
Previous supervisory experience in hospitality an asset
