Banff Hospitality Collective or as we like to call it ‘BHC’, is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 11 venues and counting. Our in-house dry aged, 100% Alberta beef is grilled over hardwood and mesquite, then finished to perfection under an 1800-degree broiler. Elegant ranch atmosphere and stunning views from every table. Chuck's is the true Alberta beef experience.

Executive Chef

The Executive Chef contributes to the success of the company by participating in the management of the daily operations of the restaurant, including the management of all employees in conjunction with the General Manager. In addition, they manage inventory and supplies, optimize profits, and ensure that guests have an experience that lives up to the company values. They work closely with the service team and participate in decisions with the executive team. Three years fine dining experience required for this position.

You like systems and processes, so you’ll focus on getting those right for your team
You do what it takes to increase sales and minimize costs without compromising quality

What You have:

You have a knack for playing on stoves and with fire
Experience with HIGH-VOLUME - Park is the business venue in town!
You’re a real people person
You don't shy away from working with various types of technology and systems
We understand you want to get outside as much as possible, but you’ll need to have flexibility in your schedule
Proven success in an Executive Chef role with some formal training will make you stand out
