What will you do in this job?:
Assist with day-to-day operations
Oversee the maintenance and execution of all Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) operations
Collaborate with Operations Manager to coordinate staffing, training, development, staff meetings and scheduling
Execute all day-to-day administrative tasks including, but not limited to, the remittance of invoices and submission of any hiring and human resources paperwork
Provide coaching opportunities to ensure that all team members are providing our guests with excellent service and memorable experiences in a professional and sincere manner
Act in a manner so that every guest interaction is treated as an opportunity to "WOW” the guest, and that any guest complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest
Maintain friendly, professional relationships with all Pursuit employees
Adhere to and enforce all Pursuit policies
Ensure that all areas are clean and orderly at all times
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Guest service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences
Mature, energetic, dependable, and self-motivated, with
strong organizational skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in computer usage and general office equipment
Proven ability to work within strict policy/procedures and guidelines
Demonstrates key leadership qualities
Ability to reason, react, and listen with quick, thoughtful judgement, while remaining calm under pressure
Knowledge on Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) an asset
First Aid Training and Driver’s license an asset
