Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team at Banff Adventures. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.


Collect cash outs and verify and prepare deposits
Weekly filing
Banking and change collection
Sort incoming mail
Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
Check and approve all supplier invoices
Track supplier invoices received on spreadsheet
Update information in POS system
Assist with invoicing
Assist with group sales
Assist with projects as required

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information securely
Strong Excel Skills
Must be comfortable with numerical tasks
This position is a maternity leave cover with the potential to extend.
