Full job description
Job Summary:
The Rental Attendant is responsible for outfitting guests with rental equipment and explaining its safe use. These employees are outgoing, fun and customer oriented. They play a key role in making sure that guests' experiences are safe and exceptional and ensuring that these guests come back again and again.

Requirements:
- Punctual
- Be available to work days, evenings and/or weekends
- Should be in good physical condition whit the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

-Follow procedures in accordance with appearance and uniform standards

Description:
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, alerting your supervisor or manager if needed
- Diligently complete all bike/scooter inspections upon departure and when returned
- Possess strong communication skills in order to effectively work with coworkers and customers
- Posses the ability to think quickly in a fast paced working environment

-Ensure customer satisfaction with efficient, friendly service

-Maintain Sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas

-Provide trail/route information to the guests, as well as information about Banff and surrounding area if needed

-Maintain cleanliness of the Train Station and proper storage/charging of all equipment

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
