Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for clients through personalized care, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity. Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide medication administration and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Support clients with mobility challenges through safe transfer techniques and heavy lifting when required
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams
Follow all safety protocols and adhere to care plans specific to each individual’s needs
Skills

Experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments preferred
Strong patient care skills with knowledge of dementia, senior care, hospice, and disabilities support
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility needs
Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor
Knowledge of medication administration procedures
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic cleaning skills to maintain hygiene standards in client’s living space
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
This position is ideal for caring individuals passionate about providing quality support to seniors in need. Candidates should demonstrate patience, reliability, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others through attentive caregiving.
