A DAY IN THE LIFE
Every day at Herschel is a little different, but you'll mostly:

Lead and inspire your team - create a positive, high-energy environment rooted in teamwork and trust.

Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Associates and Key Holders, helping them reach their goals and grow within the brand.

Support with recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and day-to-day store operations.

Champion the customer experience - connect authentically, listen, and make every interaction feel memorable.

Keep the store looking sharp: execute visual standards, merchandising updates, and product storytelling that bring each season to life.

Partner with the Store Manager to analyze KPIs, identify opportunities, and celebrate wins.

Maintain operational excellence - ensure accuracy in inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention.

Contribute to community and marketing initiatives that reflect Herschel's values and local culture.

ABOUT YOU
You have proven experience in retail leadership - as an established Key Holder or Assistant Store Manager.

You're confident leading from the floor and supporting others to perform at their best.

You have a strong understanding of retail KPIs and how to drive them through coaching and action.

You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities.

You bring creativity, curiosity, and initiative to everything you do.

You understand what great service feels like and how to deliver it.

You're flexible and dependable, ready to jump in where needed.

You believe in teamwork, open communication, and showing up properly - every day.
