Chocolate Advisor

The role’s purpose:

The Chocolate Advisor plays a key role in delivering the Lindt experience on the sales floor. This position is responsible for providing personalized customer service, maintaining premium store standards, and supporting daily operations to help the team achieve its sales goals.

Availability: 15 - 25 Hours / Week

What You’ll Do:

Premium Customer Experience

Welcome each guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and occasions.
Share knowledge about Lindt’s heritage, craftsmanship, and product offerings.
Handle returns and customer concerns with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects Lindt’s premium image.
Sales & Service Excellence

Proactively engage with customers and create meaningful connections.
Support daily sales targets through attentive service and product knowledge.
Promote seasonal offerings, gift solutions, and corporate gifting options.
Build trust and loyalty with repeat customers.
Merchandising & Store Standards

Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
Ensure products are well stocked, faced, and presented to premium standards.
Support in-store activations and promotional displays.
Operations & Team Support

Assist with inventory duties, including restocking and receiving shipments.
Support cash handling and POS transactions accurately.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.
Assist with corporate gifting orders and special requests.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Comfortable working toward sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with POS systems and cash handling is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Polished, friendly, and energetic personality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A passion for chocolate and premium retail experiences.
