Job Summary:
Mount Norquay is hiring a Summer Lift Attendant Supervisor for the Summer season! If you enjoy leading a team, providing excellent customer service, and working outdoors, we are looking for you! This is an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in the beautiful Canadian Rockies while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Duties

Supervising and supporting the daily operations of the Summer Lift Attendant team
Ensuring guests are safely loaded and unloaded while adhering to all operational and safety procedures
Monitoring lift operations and ensuring all procedures are followed consistently
Training, mentoring, and providing guidance to Lift Attendants
Providing excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns in a professional manner
Assisting with staff scheduling, breaks, and daily task assignments
Communicating operational information and responding to situations through the radio system
Assisting with ticket scanning and guest flow management as required
Supporting the department with maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive work environment
Requirements

Previous customer service experience required
Previous work at a ski resort considered an asset
Previous supervisory or leadership experience considered an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Able to perform tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures
Wear company uniform at all times and adhere to grooming policies
Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a team environment
