KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Supervisory experience in a busy upscale restaurant setting. Passion for delivery exceptional guest experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of wine and cocktails. Experience in coordinating banquets and events. Financial management skills. Flexible schedule - evenings, weekends and holidays as required ProServe Certification. WSET Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) is an asset Multicultural work experience.
