The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for over 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for an Autobody Technician to join our All Makes Collision Centre team! This is a great opportunity for a Technician looking for stable hours, strong earning potential, and a professional working environment.

Please note that this is a flat rate position.

All Makes Collision Centre is a busy, well-equipped shop with consistent workflow and a strong focus on quality repairs and team culture. We offer a clean shop environment, ensuring quality clean air with vacuum sanding system, air exchange system, individual wedge clam anchoring system, car-o-liner electronic frame machine, resistance welder, and aluminum welder.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Perform high-quality collision repairs on all makes and models
Structural and non-structural repairs (frame, panel replacement, metal work)
Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as required
Work with aluminum and steel components
Follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards
Collaborate with estimators and production team to meet cycle times
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:

Journeyman Autobody Technician
Minimum 5 years experience
Experience with aluminum repair an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Valid AB drivers license
Clean and current drivers abstract
