Host

The host of our venues is the face of the venue, acting as a greeter to all patrons. These roles require attention to detail, initiative, and a positive attitude. Among greeting and seating guests, hosts have a key role in ensuring service has a seamless flow by assisting servers, clearing tables, and being an ambassador of the Banff Hospitality Brand.


Expo/Food Runner

Expo/Food runners are responsible for making sure orders are presented properly and in a timely manner to all guests. These roles require attention to detail, initiative, and a positive attitude. The position requires a person that is quick, a great communicator, and has the ability to be on their feet for a full shift.


Server

We have the highest standards for our service team; you need equal parts service (action of helping or doing work for someone) and hospitality (quality or disposition of receiving visitors). Not only are you responsible for delivering a flawless and fun service to all your guests, we want all our customers to feel how genuinely you love where you live and what you do.

Bartender

Bartenders are always happily preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons. They love interacting with customers, taking orders and serving up great hospitality. They are great at assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.
