Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20
Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000
Work Setting: Hotel
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, MS Word
Specific Skills: Set work schedules, Respond to customer complaints, Enforce policies and procedures
Additional Skills: Supervise staff, Perform maintenance activities on buildings, property and equipment, Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities, Operate and maintain vehicles used on property
