The Food & Beverage Administrator provides the F&B Management team with support in all administrative areas.

What will you do in this job?:
Coordinate hiring, training and onboarding new staff
Assist with coordination of all Food & Beverage administration
Process payroll & gratuities for all Food & Beverage staff
Assist with management of databases, scheduling platforms and software systems
Coordinate and maintain group bookings in conjuction with the reservations team
Assist with both internal and external reservation requests
Communicate with the Gondola Coordinator with reference to the Master Management Schedule
Attend the Gondola operations meetings to provide briefing on F&B operations for the upcoming day
Assist with administrative requests for Banquet Events Orders
Operations support as required
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
1+ years of industry experience in high volume Food & Beverage operations
3+ years of Food & Beverage experience
Effective communicator with ability to uphold and implement service standards
Driven to foster a positive environment for both team members and guests
Detail oriented with commitment to deadlines
Extensive computer knowledge and cash handling experience
Proven leadership skills with a positive, calm, consistent and focused manner
