Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves fixing and maintaining things?
Join our hardworking Maintenance team and help ensure everything—from guest rooms and pools to public spaces—looks and works its best for visitors from around the world. As a Maintenance Attendant, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes, performing routine maintenance, tackling repairs, solving problems, and supporting the smooth operation of our properties. No two days are ever the same. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in seeing immediate results and enjoys variety in your day, this role is perfect for you.

What You’ll Do:
Perform general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, restaurants, pools, and public areas.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders efficiently.
Support the safe and smooth operation of hotel facilities by maintaining clean, hazard-free indoor and outdoor areas.
Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure quick resolution of maintenance concerns.
Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards or injuries immediately.
Assist with seasonal upkeep such as snow and ice removal.
Carry out additional duties as needed to support guest satisfaction and property operations.
What You Bring:
Background in electrical, plumbing, or general building maintenance (essential).
Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience with HVAC systems or a Pool Operator’s Certificate is an asset.
Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license (or provincial/international equivalent).
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
Reliable, task-oriented, and motivated to get results.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
A positive, team-focused attitude and eagerness to learn.
