We’re looking for an experienced, service-driven Floor Manager to take charge of front-of-house operations in our busy restaurant. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations, uphold high service standards, and foster a motivated, guest-focused team. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to coach, inspire, and lead staff, creating an environment where excellence is the standard and every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. What You’ll Do Lead front-of-house operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences every day. Maintain and enforce restaurant policies, systems, and BCP service standards. Coach, motivate, and support your team to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns quickly and effectively. Lead by example with energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. Ensure full compliance with liquor, health, and safety regulations. Step in to assist with serving or bartending when needed to support your team. Promote a safe, respectful, and positive workplace culture at all times. What You Bring Proven experience in a restaurant leadership or management role. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Confidence under pressure with excellent decision-making abilities. ProServe certification (required). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Education in hospitality or restaurant management is a bonus but not required.
