Job Description :Our client is looking for a Business Analyst(SAP Functional) .

Must Have Primary Skills :
An SAP Functional Consultant is an IT professional who specializes in implementing and configuring SAP software.

General:
Technical aptitude with relevant business experience
3 – 5 years relevant SAP experience including implementation, upgrade, support and maintenance experience, business experience etc.

Following are some of the applications and technical tools that will be utilized throughout the provision of services:
SAP ERP
SAP Solution Manager
SAP Business Suite and NetWeaver components as implemented (such as ISU, CRM, Portal, PO etc.)
SAP HANA
SAP Configuration Tools – such as IMG
BarCode Application
SAP partner products including: Microfocus ALM, Cideon Product Suite, OpenTex

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
RESPONSIBILITIES (included but not limited to)
:• Work closely with clients to comprehend their business processes, needs, and requirements.
Translate requirements into SAP system configurations.
Ensure that customizations align with the organization’s specific needs.
Document program settings and create guidelines for other consultants who may work on the software in the future.
Train company employees on how to use SAP software effectively, providing guidelines for efficient utilization.
Test system performance and efficiency, managing support tickets related to SAP software issues.
Provide day to day configuration related support, maintenance, research, and development of the SAP System. Include the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of SAP configuration changes.
Enhance system components based on client requests or specifications.
Document Configuration, Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Business Processes, blueprinting for solutions to be developed.
Provide leadership in the development of new solutions in the SAP landscape.
Collaborate with SAP Developers to create custom SAP applications tailored to each company’s needs.

Proven Experience In :
Education :
Post-secondary education in computer technology (BSc, MSc)
Certifications :
Relevant SAP Functional and/or Academy Training/Certification
Demonstrated record of continuous improvement
