We are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering a workplace that embodies teamwork, respect, and a sense of community.
At BCP, we believe in supporting our team members' personal and professional growth through collaboration, encouragement, and opportunities to thrive in one of Canada’s most iconic and vibrant destinations. Join us and be part of a culture that values connection, adventure, and excellence.

At The Keg Steakhouse + Bar in Banff, we’re looking for a Floor Manager who genuinely enjoys hospitality and understands that great service starts with a great team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who likes being on the floor, working alongside their team and making sure both guests and employees are having a great experience. You’ll help create the warm, polished and welcoming atmosphere The Keg is known for, while keeping a busy restaurant organized and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
As Floor Manager, you’ll be right where the action is. You’ll lead the Front of House team through busy services, support your people and make sure our guests receive the kind of experience that keeps them coming back.

You’ll be responsible for:
Leading from the floor and setting the tone for a great shift
Coaching and supporting servers, hosts, bussers and bartenders
Creating a warm, welcoming and professional experience for every guest
Staying connected to what’s happening throughout the restaurant and stepping in wherever you’re needed
Managing guest flow, service pacing, table turns and overall floor execution
Supporting the bar team and maintaining strong food and beverage service standards
Connecting with guests and responding confidently when something doesn’t go as planned
Turning guest concerns into positive service recovery opportunities
Helping with scheduling, labour management and shift planning
Supporting hiring, onboarding, training and development of new team members
Maintaining food safety, health and safety, and responsible liquor service standards
Building a team environment where people feel supported, respected and accountable
Helping develop the next generation of strong Keggers and restaurant leaders
What You Bring
Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Leader or experienced Senior Server in a busy restaurant
ProServe certification
A strong understanding of restaurant service and Front of House operations
A calm, confident leadership style, especially when things get busy
A genuine interest in hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Strong communication and coaching skills
The ability to hold people accountable while still being supportive and respectful
A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever the team needs you
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
Current residency in Banff or willingness to relocate
The ability to remain active and on your feet throughout a busy shift and lift up to 25 lbs when required
Why The Keg?
The Keg is more than a great place to eat. It’s a great place to build a career.
You’ll be part of a fun, supportive team that values great hospitality, strong training and opportunities to grow. And as part of Banff Caribou Properties you’ll join an employee-owned company with even more opportunities to develop your career.

At BCP, we offer a comprehensive total compensation package, including perks and benefits designed to support your professional growth and enhance your lifestyle in the Bow Valley. Here are some highlights of what our team members enjoy:
Group Health, Disability, and Life Insurance Coverage, with BCP covering 50% of premiums for employees and their dependents.
Opportunity to invest in our Employee Share Ownership Program.
Food and beverage discounts at all BLC restaurants and cafes.
Health and wellbeing programs, including free yoga, complimentary canoe passes, discounted ski passes, golf membership and fitness club memberships.
Discounts on spa services, movie passes, and rental/retail goods.
Participation in Leadership Days for ongoing professional development.
Experience our hotels firsthand through our Complimentary Hotel Stays Program.
