ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Join us at the top. This isn’t just a kitchen leadership role – it’s your opportunity to showcase your craft and lead at one of the most iconic dining destinations in the Canadian Rockies.

Lead execution during peak periods, events, and buyouts
Ensure consistent performance across all outlets and service styles

Collaboration

Partner closely with the Restaurant Manager and front-of-house leaders to deliver seamless guest experiences
Support large-format service, events, and activations requiring coordinated execution
Communicate clearly and professionally across departments
Work closely with outlet chefs on seasonal menu development to cross utilize ingredients and reduce SKU’s

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 8 years of progressive culinary leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a Head Chef or senior management role
