Craft Croissants & Bake from Scratch.
We're looking for a Baker to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work in a high-volume scratch bakery environment where you'll create artisan breads, buttery viennoiserie, pastries, desserts, and café favourites enjoyed across multiple restaurants, cafés and hotels.
Every day brings something different. One morning you may be laminating croissants and Danish pastries, while the next you're baking fresh focaccia or creating treats for guests celebrating life's special moments.

What You'll Be Baking
Handcrafted croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish pastries, and other laminated products
Fresh focaccia, cookies, muffins, tarts, slices, granola, and seasonal baked goods
Café favourites including savoury pastries, wraps, sandwiches, and grab-and-go items
Desserts for restaurants, weddings, conferences, and special events
Special guest amenities for birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, and VIP arrivals
What You'll Do
Prepare, laminate, proof, and bake high-quality pastry and bakery products
Operate commercial bakery equipment, including dough sheeters and mixers
Follow recipes and production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Assist with inventory management and waste reduction initiatives
Collaborate with the pastry and culinary teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
What You Bring
Previous experience in a bakery, pastry kitchen, hotel, café, or production kitchen
Experience with laminated doughs is an asset, but we're willing to train someone with a strong baking foundation and passion for the craft
A genuine love for artisan baking and scratch-made products
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
