We're looking for an Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Sudden Sally. Whether you're building your career in hospitality or looking for a stable role with a respected employer, this position offers consistent hours, opportunities to learn, and a supportive team environment in the heart of Banff.
Working alongside our Chef de Partie and culinary team, you'll help prepare and serve fresh, high-quality dishes while developing your skills in a fast-paced restaurant focused on quality, consistency, and hospitality.

What You'll Do
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
Set up and maintain your station for a smooth and successful service
Execute dishes consistently while maintaining quality during busy dinner periods
Assist with daily prep, production, and service requirements
Restock and organize your station throughout your shift
Accommodate guest dietary needs, allergies, and special requests
Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Support the team wherever needed to help ensure a successful service
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen is an asset
Experience working hot line and à la carte service preferred
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently while supporting those around you
Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
