Responsibilities

Lead engaging and informative guided tours for diverse groups of visitors, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all
Share captivating stories, historical facts, and interesting details about the site and surrounding area in a clear and lively manner
Manage tour schedules efficiently, ensuring timely departures and arrivals while maintaining a friendly atmosphere
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, assisting with directions, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Use multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with international visitors, enhancing their experience
Demonstrate leadership by guiding groups safely through designated routes and managing crowd flow during busy periods
Maintain a positive attitude and energetic presence to motivate guests and foster a welcoming environment
Qualifications

Excellent public speaking and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Previous experience in customer service or guiding tours is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with international visitors
Strong time management skills to keep tours on schedule while ensuring guest satisfaction
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage groups confidently and professionally
Teaching experience or ability to explain information clearly to guests of all ages is a plus
Ability to stand, walk, and move comfortably for extended periods in outdoor winter conditions

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
