This is a fun and dynamic outdoor role, perfect for those who love the mountains, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, with a variety of shifts available—including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Key Responsibilities: Provide a safe and enjoyable tubing experience for all guests Monitor and manage guest flow at the tube lanes and handle tubing equipment Communicate clearly with guests and co-workers to maintain safety and efficiency Deliver excellent customer service while assisting guests with questions or concerns Maintain clean and organized work areas Support team operations as needed during daily park setup and takedown Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Physically fit and able to lift/move tubes and assist guests Prior experience in a guest-facing or outdoor role is an asset, but not required Work Conditions & Physical Requirements: This role is based entirely outdoors and requires working in varying mountain weather Shifts include weekends, holidays, and evenings during peak periods Must be physically able to lift and carry tubing equipment and assist with snow removal as needed Perks & Benefits: Free season pass to Mount Norquay, plus access to discounted SkiBig3 pass Discounted food and beverages at the resort Free ski or snowboard lessons Staff discounts on retail and rentals Limited staff accommodation available Quarterly performance-based raises Enjoy breathtaking mountain views and a close-knit team culture Inclusion Statement: Mount Norquay Ski Resort is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
